The Business Lounge has been created to be a learning community for Business Leaders who want to go beyond techniques and develop the inner foundation from which healthy and effective Leadership grows.

We believe that Identity - the way you perceive yourself has a profound influence on the way you lead others.
Your inner beliefs shape how you respond to pressure, handle criticism, exercise authority, build relationships, make decisions, and deal with uncertainty.
Identity is formed when what you repeatedly believe, experience, practice, and embody becomes part of who you are.
But our perception of ourselves is not always accurate:
- We may see ourselves as responsible for everything.
- Believe we must always have the answer.
- Depend too strongly on approval.
- Avoid difficult conversations.
- Or feel that our value depends on our performance.
These inner assumptions can quietly shape our Leadership without us even noticing. This is why personal development sometimes requires more than learning something new.
