A long-term impact on leadership behaviour can only be ensured if trainings are consciously and explicitly embedded in the corporate culture, fully supported, and regularly enforced by all stakeholders.

This work environment is accepted as a corporate leadership culture by the management and is a directive for all levels of management and employees, predominantly in terms of behaviour, ways of working and decision-making processes.
3) Create a Working Environment for High Performance
Managers should especially be trained on how to work with management to create a positive and productive work environment to achieve optimal performance in the organization.

In building a common leadership culture, the focus is on internalizing important shared values, which is achieved through a conscious change in the personal mindset (leadership mindset) of the leaders.
5) Build an Emotionally Safe Environment
To begin with, the corporate leadership culture is oriented towards the basic topics of 'People First' and 'Let People Win' and consequently leads to an emotionally safe working culture.
6) Implement Turnover- and Customer Orientation
Only on the foundation of a healthy leadership mindset and vibrant working culture, the important components of turnover- and customer-orientation can be established. Reversing this order can lead to an inferior working environment that will result in lower performance.
